Caitlin Green started CrossFit in 2009 after rowing for four years in college, and got her first CrossFit L1 in 2010.  Since starting CrossFit, Caitlin has competed in all levels and styles of competition.  This includes qualifying and competing four times as an individual in the CrossFit Central East Regionals, competing in many smaller individual, partner, and team CrossFit competitions, and competing in the 2019 Granite Games Pro/Elite division.  Caitlin has also competed in many road and trail races, as well as completed a half Ironman.

While being a dedicated athlete, Caitlin has also coached and programmed for CrossFit, Weightlifting, Triathlons, and Rowing for over 10 years. 

She has coached individuals - physically and nutritionally - who have made it to all levels of competition, including the CrossFit Games, Ironman Triathlons, USA Weightlifting Nationals, and United States Rowing Association Nationals.  Caitlin has always had a personal and professional passion for nutrition, and completed her training as a Health Coach in 2017.  Most of Caitlin's clients have been athletes, and she has helped dial in training and nutrition for clients with various athletic, aesthetic, and health goals.  Caitlin has worked with clients of all ages and from all walks of life, both as a nutritionist and a health coach, in order to help them be their best selves.

Caitlin works with each LEAN MEAN GREEN HEALTH client to find the perfect program for their individual bodies and goals.  She understands that every body is different, and not all people want the same things from their nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle.  Furthermore, Caitlin continues to re-evaluate and adapt programs as each individual’s body, goals, and lifestyles change.  Caitlin is dedicated to, and experienced in, helping people achieve their desired results with efficient and realistic programs and protocols.

Basic Nutrition $125/mo

Focus on nutrition and eating the cleanest, most nutrient-dense foods for your body and your goals.  Ideal for people with busy lives, who might not have the time or the desire to track macros and portions.

INCLUDES:

  • Learning about which foods to eat and which to avoid

  • Accountability with food diary tracking

  • Weekly client reports

  • Weekly check-in

Nutrition + Macros
$175/mo

Make progress towards goals as efficiently as possible.  This program includes all the basic nutrition information and guidance, and will also include specific individualized macronutrient and micronutrient targets.

INCLUDES:

Basic Nutrition Package +

  • Receive specific macronutrient and micronutrient goals

  • Moving-Target Macros - Your numbers will be reevaluated monthly to make sure you’re getting the best fuel for your goals

All In
$225/mo

Make progress towards your goals as efficiently as possible, and also receive supplemental programming to help you excel athletically.  This program includes the basic nutrition information, guidance, and macronutrient targets provided in the Nutrition + Macros Plan, as well as individualized supplemental programming.

Kerri Taylor

Caitlin has worked with me for the past seven months and I have seen major changes.  Currently I am down 60 pounds and still working towards my goal and have dropped 4+ dress sizes.  The difference in what she can accomplish verses other trainers or weight loss programs is that it is truly customized to you and your needs and sustainable.  I travel extensively for work and she has worked with me to make sure that I can maintain my healthy eating while traveling and still enjoying a glass of wine or two.  She has also been able to work in one of my must haves, which was to be able to participate in family pizza night.  

 

One of my favorite things Caitlin does is when there is a week without a loss of either inches or weight, we chat and see if something was off or what could have caused it.  Your are not alone to have to try and figure it out!  There is a constant support system and that has made all the difference.  She also only gives you changes you can handle and I am always excited to see what new adjustment we are making each month.  Caitlin has certainly made my life better as I can enjoy activities with my kids, energy levels that allow me to be as active as I want, and just more confidence as a whole.  Thank you Caitlin!

Andrew Heiser

I started Crossfit as a way to get back in shape and quickly found a sport that I loved and an activity that allowed me to basically eat whatever I wanted without repercussions. After a couple of years, things started to plateau and I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted in the gym. While I wasn’t “fat” I was a bit fluffy.

I began to work with Caitlin and learned that food is fuel and if we put bad in fuel in, you get bad results. She helped me better understand how food works and I quickly saw myself morph into an actual fit athlete.

We continue to work together on tweaking my nutrition based on my goals and she holds me accountable, every time.

Nichole Bockoski

It all started on spring break vacation. I swear the only thing I heard was “mommy your legs are so big”, “mom your but jiggles”, “babe your legs are big”. Yes even coming from the hubby. I will not lie my feelings were hurt. I mean who’s wouldn't be? So I took that and ran with it.

I contacted Caitlin to set up a meeting to get help with this. My thought was I will show them. I started working with Caitlin in April 2016. My first weigh in was 142.9lbs. Now I am 5’3”. This being the heaviest I’ve been. Besides being pregnant. By the end of the first month I was down 6.3lbs. This was amazing. I felt good about myself. So we continued to work together. And I’ve not only lost pounds, but inches in areas I didn’t think it was possible.

It has been almost a year working together. I am currently down 15.4lbs. WOW! I have more definition to my body. I can see a big change. A change that I LOVE! Caitlin is very passionate about what she does. One thing you need to know is you also have to want and fight to make a better you. She WILL make a difference in you. 

I can’t thank her enough for my transformation in progress! My family has noticed the difference and they have nothing but nice things to say.
