How did you hear about Lean Mean Green Health?
I first met Caitlin when I moved to Indiana in 2018. She has put together nutrition plans for several of my friends, so I knew her program worked.
Have you tried any other nutrition protocols before working with LMGH?
I have tracked my macros on and off for about 5 years, so I was very familiar with that aspect. I did try another online nutrition program before LMGH, but I felt like the macros they wanted me to hit were super unrealistic and hard to maintain. They basically wanted me to starve myself when I was in the fat loss phases. Also, it felt very generic, like I was just a number and didn’t feel like the plan was adjusted for my personal goals and lifestyle.
What do you like most about working with LMGH?
I love how supportive and understanding Caitlin is. She is always checking in to make sure I stay on track, giving positive feedback, and reassuring me when I feel like things aren’t progressing as quickly as I want them to. The accountability helps keep me motivated to hit my numbers. And Caitlin understands that sometimes life takes over and there will be setbacks, but she helps me refocus and keep driving forward. I feel like my plan is definitely personalized to help me reach my own personal goals, both performance, and aesthetics.
